About Me
I design objects and spaces through light, material and experience.
I am a French-Mexican designer based in Paris, currently studying Design.
My practice moves between object, furniture and interior design. I am interested in the relationship between what we create and the spaces in which it exists, and in how a simple object can influence the atmosphere and perception of an environment.
I approach each project through observation, research and experimentation. From the first sketch to the physical prototype, I enjoy exploring materials, proportions, light and fabrication processes to give an idea a tangible form.
My work is driven by a desire to create pieces that are not only functional, but also create a feeling, an atmosphere or a moment.
Designing an object led me to think at the scale of the body: the way a gesture meets a form, the way a material or a proportion shapes its use. Little by little, this reflection expanded toward the relationship between the body and space itself: the way one moves through a place, the way light accompanies a movement, or the way materials take part in the experience of an environment.
